Health Insurance
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts offers several health plans. Coverage begins the
1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

Dental insurance varies according to employees job category.
Optional Insurance
Retirement
Employees contribute 9% (an additional 2% of any earnings over $30,000) of earnings
each pay period.
Holidays
The College observes 11 paid legal holidays in a calendar year
Tuition Remission
The tuition remission program provides tuition remission benefits for full time employees,
spouses and dependent children at state colleges and universities. Employees are eligible
after 6 months of employment.
